#Student Information

As former students ourselves, we appreciate that renting a property and ‘Living Out’ for the first time can be daunting.

“What bills will I be expected to pay?”
“How do I work out my monthly rent?”
“What are the transport links like for getting to and from the Uni?”
…..and in some cases, ”WHO AM I GOING TO LIVE WITH?!”

There are many questions and choices facing you.

We at Frampton & Roebuck are here to help, not just finding the perfect home for you and your housemates, but with everything that goes with it.

Whether you’re living alone, or as a group, renting a Student Property with Frampton & Roebuck couldn’t be more straight-forward.

With its various University Campus’ & Colleges, Durham is an incredible City to both live, work and study in – and we’re here to help you see in the new term
