For Landlords looking to manage tenancies themselves, they can do so safe in the knowledge that tenancy documents provided by Frampton & Roebuck are compliant with all of the current tenancy legislation, and crucially covering all aspects of the recently updated General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Ideal for experienced Landlords and those who have the time and expertise to deal with their own management and rent collections.

Fees

50% of 1 months rent

(Subject to a minimum fee of £350)

Tenancy Management

If you don’t want to have any day-to-day involvement with your property, then this service will provide you with rental payments, regular statements, and property visits throughout your tenancies. You need only be the name on the Tenancy Agreement. Leave the rest to us.
