‘Heart of the City’ – Covering a wide area in the City Centre, from the Market Place, through the Bailey to the historic Castle & Cathedral - with its various shops, bars, cafés & restaurants along the way.
'The Viaduct' - Not only an iconic structure in the City, The Viaduct area consists of numerous streets of accommodation of all shapes & sizes within easy walking distance of the various University landmarks.
'In the thick of it' - Close to the Colleges of Hild & Bede, and surrounding the City’s busier nightspots, Clubs & Takeaways, the area from Claypath to Gilesgate also has the widest range of rental prices.
“What will I be paying”
Bills – Unless stated specifically on a particular Property, the rental prices are not inclusive of Bills for utilities and broadband/internet. (Any Tenancy made up solely of Student Tenants, would be exempt from Council Tax)
Rent – Some of the advertised prices around the City will be listed as a ‘per person per week rent’ (PPPW), and others as ‘per calendar month’ (PCM). Rent with ourselves is payable monthly.
“Where do I sign?”
When we have helped you to find a suitable property, each prospective tenant in the group will be required to pay a £450 Holding Deposit and provide us with the following documents to support their application:
