Tenant Find
Ideal for experienced Landlords and those who have the time and expertise to deal with their own management and rent collections.
Tenant Finding Fee £250+VAT

Tenancy Management 
If you don’t want to have any day to day involvement with your property, then this service will provide you with rental payments, regular statements, and property visits throughout your tenancies.

You need only be the name on the Tenancy Agreement. Leave the rest to us.
Tenant Finding Fee £250+VAT and management fee of 10%+VAT deducted each month from the rent collected.

Specifically designed by Frampton & Roebuck to meet the growing number of clients who want absolute peace of mind when letting their property. As well as all the features of our Managed Service, this service includes Full Boiler & Heating System Protection from 0800REPAIR  

The cover includes: 

  • Annual Service and Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate. 

  • Unlimited call-outs – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

  • All parts & labour. No excess (See separate Terms & Conditions)
