Once we have helped you to find a suitable property, we may ask you to pay selected charges in order to process your application.
For Tenancy Set-Up, Application & Referencing, the charges are as follows:
Individual Tenant – £180 (£150+VAT)
Joint Tenancy – £240 (£200+VAT)
Additional Tenant(s) – £42 (£35+VAT)
Guarantor – £60 (£50+VAT)
Each prospective tenant is required to provide us with the following documents to support their application:
- Completed Application/Proposal of Tenancy forms.
- Photographic ID (Passport or Driving License)
- Proof of address – for example a ‘Utility Bill’.
STUDENT FEE POLICY
To reserve the property, each applicant is required to pay a Holding Deposit of £450 per person - £300 of which will become the Tenancy Deposit and is returnable at the end of the Tenancy.
The remaining £125+Vat (£150) is paid to the Agent to cover the cost of administration.
How to apply...
Each Applicant will be required to complete our Application Form and provide their Student ID Card, and/or Passport.
Once the application is complete, all Tenancy Agreements will be signed securely online, using dedicated Tenancy software. In order to verify their identity and complete the Tenancy, Tenant and Guarantor (where applicable) may be expected to pay an online fee of £1.
