Online Tenant Find
A marketing and referral service. Designed for Landlords who would ordinarily ‘go it alone’ and produce their own Tenancy Agreements but require the services of a letting agent to market their property in the most prominent areas – our website and the leading Property Portals. £99 Inc Vat

Tenant Find – ‘Set-up & Sign-up’
Ideal for experiences Landlords and those who have the time and expertise to deal with their own management and rent collections.
Tenant Finding Fee equivalent to 1 weeks rent (Exc VAT. Subject to a minimum fee of £250+VAT)

Tenancy Management
If you don’t want to have any day to day involvement with your student tenants, then this service will provide you with rental payments, regular statements, and property visits throughout your tenancies.

To make your property further stand out from the crowd, we can advertise it as ‘Bills Included’. An increasingly popular package which avoids headaches caused by Utility Bills for Landlords & Tenants alike.

Packages can include everything from Water to WiFi at a manageable monthly amount for each Tenant, but crucially at NO COST to you, the Landlord and does not affect the amount of rent you receive.

You need only be the name on the Tenancy Agreement. Leave the rest to us.
Tenant Finding Fee equivalent to 1 weeks rent (Exc VAT. Subject to a minimum fee of £250+VAT)

Management charge of 10%+VAT deducted each month from the rent collected.

Specifically designed by Frampton & Roebuck to meet the growing number of clients who want absolute peace of mind when letting their property. As well as all the features of our Managed Service, this service includes Full Boiler & Heating System Protection from 0800REPAIR.

The cover includes:

  • Annual Service and Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate.

  • Unlimited call-outs – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • All parts & labour. No excess (See separate Terms & Conditions)

Tenant Finding Fee equivalent to 1 weeks rent (Exc VAT. Subject to a minimum fee of £250+VAT)

Management charge of 12%+VAT deducted each month from the rent collected.
